 The Horizon deck is the 6th deck to be released by North Scooters, and it’s the best yet. 
In designing this deck, we took influence from both the Atlas and Transit to create something familiar but new. It features a thickness of 24mm which we found to be the perfect in between of the thickness of both the atlas (25.6mm) and Transit (20mm). It also features thicker and more rounded dropouts for even better 5-0 grinds. For the headtube the whole team decided we wanted a simpler headtube design that took up less foot space on the deck, we ended up with a simple yet stylish 3d forged headtube that is lighter than the previous headtube to create perfect balance in the horizon deck. For the foot plate, we stuck with the flat bottom as we felt it really is the best way to do a scooter deck, smoother grinds, no hang ups and perfect overall feel.
At North we have perfected the process of both creating and manufacturing these decks, therefore the horizon is set to be our best product yet and we couldn’t be more excited for you to get your hands on it.
